This is a case study on digital methods to track and authenticate pharmaceutical products. The case study investigates a single intervention (or type of intervention), explaining (a) the technology or process behind the intervention; (b) the use case and theoretical benefits (why does this intervention exist?); (c) at least one actual real-world implementation story; and (d) any lessons that can be generalised to other contexts or technologies.
