Tanzania case study: Rapid technological change – challenges and opportunities

This is a report based on desk research and in-country workshops in Tanzania. This report catalyses the development of a considered diagnostic framework based on the concept of the societal deal; a system of trade-offs, which balances policies and goals in such area as social protection, education, public finance, innovation, taxation, investment and regulation.
