Inclusive Growth Breakfast Roundtable session in Bali

On 9th October 2018 the Pathways Commission held a breakfast roundtable event at the Annual Meetings in Bali, Indonesia.

This closed-door roundtable brought together global leaders and decision makers to discuss the tech-enabled opportunities for inclusive growth. The discussion was informed by the Commission's recently released report: Charting Pathways for Inclusive Development: from Paralysis to Preparation.

The session was chaired by the Commission's Co-Chair, Minister Sri Mulyani Indrawati. The session engaged new voices in development - including private sector actors and innovators - and heard from a broad spectrum of stakeholders from developing countries.

The meeting aimed to develop an understanding of priorities for global and regional governance to support developing countries to take advantage of new technologies (including on intellectual property, taxation, international competition or cross-border data regulation).
